One of the activities implemented by the Vietnam Bank Trade Union in digital transformation and creating conditions for union officials to adapt to innovation is the training course "Practice AI - Improve the effectiveness of trade union communication". This course is for union officials at the grassroots level and grassroots unions in the entire system.
This is an in-depth training program, linked to practice, aiming to equip union cadres with practical basic skills in the context of strong digital transformation in all fields, including union activities. The course is designed in the direction of "Learning to do - Application in practice", focusing on the following contents: Understanding how to operate and apply AI to union activities, especially in communication work; Practicing in creating text, images, videos in the right direction, saving time; Identifying risks and using AI safely and responsibly; Building an effective working process, applying immediately to unit practice.
The leaders of the NHVN Trade Union affirmed that each union cadre needs to be a pioneer in learning, adapting and leading innovation, thereby contributing to improving the quality of union activities and contributing to the digital transformation of the entire industry.

Previously, the Women's Committee for the advancement of the banking industry coordinated with the Vietnam Banking Trade Union and Standard Chartered Bank to organize the Workshop " banking women integrate with the digital transformation process". The contents of the workshop show the viewpoint of "digital transformation is no longer an option but a vital principle", the State Bank always closely follows the Party's guidelines and policies, while closely coordinating with relevant ministries and branches in the digital transformation process to issue correct and timely regulations.
Digital transformation is the future of the banking industry
According to Mr. Dao Minh Tu - Permanent Deputy Governor of the State Bank, Chairman of the Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Union, digital transformation is the future of the banking industry. Discussing the special role of communication in union work, Ms. Nguyen Khanh Chi - Permanent Vice President of the NHVN Trade Union - affirmed that communication is a key area in union activities, the starting point for the training series. Each union cadre needs to become a media cadre, taking advantage of both traditional channels, social networks and personal applications. In particular, in the context of streamlining the apparatus and comprehensive digital transformation, improving the quality of the union cadre team is an urgent requirement.
