The program "Raising VNPT HEART 2026 culture" co-organized by the Trade Union, Youth Union and Professionals of VNPT-IT Company (VNPT Trade Union, under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology) has just taken place vibrantly, strongly spreading the spirit of connection, innovation and service.
The program has the participation of nearly 400 officials and employees representing more than 2,700 VNPT-IT officials, union members, and workers.
The most impressive highlight of the program is the Kick-off ceremony "Raising VNPT HEART Culture" with the activity of unifying 5 pieces representing 5 core values of VNPT culture: Cooperation to reach higher; understanding and sharing; unlimited creativity; serving to create; customers are the heart.
In particular, the running/walking activity "VNPT-IT Run to Connect 2026" has become a symbol of companionship and connection when each step not only carries the spirit of sports but also expresses the determination to conquer goals together, spread positive lifestyles and build a cohesive working environment.
In parallel with mobilization activities, VNPT HEART experience areas also attract a large number of officials, union members, and workers to participate.
According to the VNPT-IT Trade Union, "Raising VNPT HEART 2026 culture" is not only a movement event, but also a milestone marking the beginning of the journey to spread VNPT HEART culture more widely throughout the Company - where each official, employee, and worker shares a common beat, acts together and creates sustainable values for VNPT-IT.
