In the jubilant atmosphere of welcoming the new spring Binh Ngo 2026, the Hong Bang Ward Trade Union organized the Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party program with the participation of a large number of union members and workers in the area. At the program, the Hai Phong City Labor Federation awarded 1,076,600,000 VND to take care of Tet for union members and workers in the area; awarded allowances and Tet gifts to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, the Ward Trade Union also presented gifts to representatives of 10 businesses that well implement policies for workers. At the same time, organized a lucky draw program with many attractive gifts.



Previously, the Ward Trade Union summarized trade union activities and the CNVCLĐ movement in the ward in 2025; deployed tasks for 2026. Hong Bang Ward Trade Union was assigned to monitor and manage 224 grassroots trade unions with 15,836 workers and employees, 15,817 union members. The ideological situation of union members, civil servants, public employees, and laborers is basically stable.
With the spirit of accompanying and sharing difficulties with units and businesses, in 2025, trade union levels in the ward promptly coordinated to take care of materials; advise on regimes and policies for businesses to ensure legitimate and lawful rights and interests for union members and workers.

Besides the achieved results, the Ward Trade Union frankly pointed out limitations such as the implementation of work in new circumstances facing many difficulties; lack of operating funds. Some grassroots trade unions are currently unavailable due to units changing headquarters locations, trade union officials frequently changing, leading to difficulties in guidance, management, and monitoring...
Promoting the achieved results as well as overcoming shortcomings and limitations in 2025 and 2026, the Hong Bang Ward Trade Union strives to complete 10 key targets: completing and exceeding the target for union member development; establishing grassroots trade unions of non-state-owned enterprises. 80% or more of union members and employees are propagated and disseminated legal education in many forms; 55% of union members, CNVCLĐ have smartphones using the "Huong Cong - Hai Phong Trade Union App"; 80% or more of non-public enterprises and public service units organize employee conferences, at least 80% of enterprises negotiate and sign collective labor agreements (60% reach type B or higher). The ward Trade Union also strives to have 2 or more topics awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor... At the conference, many collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements were praised and rewarded by Trade Union levels.
