According to the VNPT Trade Union (under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology), after launching the emulation movement "Millions of connections - Millions of peace of mind", grassroots trade unions are responsible for closely coordinating with professional departments at the same level to promote communication and content dissemination to all officials, employees and workers at the unit.
The goal is to ensure that 100% of employees understand the content of the program and understand the meaning of the emulation campaign. In addition to deploying the emulation movement at the group level, grassroots trade unions are encouraged to proactively advise and coordinate with professional departments to develop forms of encouragement and commendation suitable to the actual conditions at the unit; organize preliminary reviews, summaries and timely honor collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere, spreading the spirit of responsibility and creativity throughout the network.
For provinces and cities, the VNPT Trade Union of provinces/cities will coordinate with professional departments to unify the content of implementation and use the financial resources of grassroots trade unions to support emulation activities in accordance with current regulations.
In addition, in order to promptly encourage individuals with outstanding achievements in the process of implementing the emulation campaign, the VNPT Trade Union will organize monthly rewards for union members and employees with excellent results. From June to the end of December 2026, selected individuals will be awarded Certificates of Merit and bonuses of 500,000 VND/person by the VNPT Trade Union according to the regulations of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The number of individuals proposed for monthly commendation is determined based on the scale of union members and employees of each unit. For units with over 3,000 union members and employees, a maximum of 10 individuals are proposed each month; smaller-scale units are proposed from 3-5 individuals for each commendation content.
Regularly organizing commendation not only contributes to recognizing the efforts of workers but also creates motivation for individuals to continue to promote the pioneering and creative spirit, contributing to completing the goals of the emulation movement.
In particular, VNPT Trade Union will promote the application of digital technology in emulation and commendation work. Currently, VNPT Trade Union has built an online reporting function on the VNPT Trade Union website. The digitization of the entire process of proposing, considering and issuing commendation decisions contributes to improving management efficiency, shortening the processing time of dossiers, and creating favorable conditions for units in the process of implementing emulation movements.
