The number of union members increased from 3,205 people at the end of 2025 to 4,501 people, an increase of 1,296 union members. The Commune Trade Union has introduced 23 outstanding union members to the Party for consideration and training, of which 10 union members have been admitted to the Party.
In one year, the Commune Trade Union has cared for 1,228 turns of union members, workers and relatives of union members, with a total budget of 944.85 million VND. During the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, cared for 889 turns, with a total budget of 621.7 million VND.
The work of caring for children of union members and workers was concerned with 134 gifts, worth 81.25 million VND on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival and the Action Month for Children; awarded 71 gifts, worth 31.9 million VND, to show gratitude to union members who are policy beneficiaries.
In particular, the Commune Trade Union mobilized to award 2 savings books, worth a total of 130 million VND, to the two children of union members who died in labor accidents.
Grassroots trade unions organized 46 "Trade Union Meals", attracting 5,907 union members and workers, with a budget of over 270 million VND.
The commune trade union also focuses on dialogue, negotiation, and signing of collective labor agreements; regularly grasps the situation of employment, wages, social insurance, health insurance, and occupational safety; effectively implements "Month of listening to union members and workers speak".
