Phuc Son Cement Company currently has nearly 460 union members. In the period of 2023 - 2025, despite the impact of economic crisis, high raw material prices and consecutive natural disasters, the collective of staff and workers of the company still strive to maintain production and complete the set targets.
The company's trade union has played a good role in representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. Every year, the Union organizes visits and gifts for union members in difficult circumstances; supports cultural, sports, tourism activities and emulation movements for production labor.
Many meaningful programs were implemented such as "Union Meal", celebrating the 8th and 3rd of October, Workers' Month, giving gifts to children of good workers... During the past term, the Union introduced and admitted 5 new party members; coordinated with the company's leaders to carry out well the work of occupational safety and hygiene, periodic health check-ups, and ensure the rights of workers.
With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", in the 2025 - 2030 term, the Trade Union of Phuc Son Cement Company set a goal of continuing to closely coordinate with the company's leaders and the Trade Union of Kinh Mon Ward to care for and protect the rights of workers; propose to adjust the minimum wage, improve welfare; promote propaganda on law, labor safety, fire prevention and fighting; organize cultural, sports, tourism movements and effectively implement grassroots democracy regulations.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Van Huan - Chairman of Kinh Mon Ward Trade Union congratulated and praised the results achieved by the Company Trade Union in the past term.
At the same time, Mr. Huan suggested that the new Executive Committee soon develop an action program to implement the Congress Resolution, linking the emulation movement with the task of production and business, caring for the lives and protecting the rights of workers; continue to improve the quality of Collective Labor Agreements, strengthen harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
With a democratic and responsible spirit, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Phuc Son Cement Company for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 9 members; and elected 1 delegate to the 1st City Trade Union Congress, the 2025 - 2030 term.
