On November 5, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Hoa Thanh Thanh Hoa Company Limited Trade Union had just held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.
Attending and directing the Congress were Comrade Le Minh Diep - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Deputy Head of the Trade Union Work Committee; comrades in the Provincial Trade Union Congress Steering Committee; along with Company leaders and 109 delegates, representing 821 union members in the whole unit.
In recent times, the Company's Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative, caregiver, and protector of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; coordinated with enterprises to ensure stable jobs, salaries, and income, an average of 9.2 million VND/person/month.
Emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, occupational safety and hygiene", "Good at public work, good at home work" are widely implemented, contributing to improving productivity, product quality and building a civilized and professional working environment.
In his speech, comrade Le Minh Diep acknowledged and praised the achieved results and requested the Executive Committee of the new term to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, innovating methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, building a strong trade union organization.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the first term, consisting of 11 comrades and delegates attending the XXI Congress of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Trade Union. The Congress passed the Resolution, identifying the goal of continuing to innovate and improve the effectiveness of trade union activities, for the rights and happiness of union members and workers, contributing to the successful completion of the production and business tasks of enterprises.
