At the conference, employers reported on production and business results in 2025 and orientations and plans for 2026; the situation of implementing collective labor agreements, labor contracts, labor regulations; the full implementation of regimes and policies such as social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
At the same time, businesses also assess the results of implementing the Resolution of the 2025 Employee Conference.

At the end of the conference, delegates approved the Resolution of the 2026 Workers' Conference with high consensus, 100% of delegates attending voted in favor.
