Coming of age through the spirit of progress
Sharing about his working and working process, Mr. Mai Anh Tuan said that after graduating from the Faculty of Intermediate Industrial Electrical Engineering, Hung Yen University of Technical Education in 2011, he started working in the complete machine repair department, Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. In the first days of approaching work in a modern production environment, he received a lot of help from the company's leadership and colleagues. However, it was his progress, a spirit of constant learning and striving to rise up that helped him get into the rhythm early, and become more and more mature in his work.
During his work, he always took advantage of his time to learn more from his colleagues and learn professional documents to improve his technical qualifications. Responding to the emulation movements launched by the union, he is both enthusiastic about working and actively practicing, improving skills and exploring initiatives to improve work efficiency.
Talking about his working and creative process, Mr. Tuan said: I always ask myself how to complete work as quickly and effectively as possible. Therefore, I regularly closely monitor the status of machinery, operating procedures and the needs of workers. Only when there is real concern can changes be promptly detected and solutions proposed.
With the nature of machinery maintenance work, Mr. Tuan and his colleagues often work overtime to promptly repair and maintain equipment, avoiding production interruptions. Not only has he completed his tasks well, he has also proactively proposed technical improvement solutions to increase productivity, reduce costs, limit risks and ensure safety for workers.
Initiatives to help businesses save billions of dong
One of the outstanding initiatives of Mr. Mai Anh Tuan is the solution "Improving the post -shaping bar (plastic)", stemming from the process of strengthening the nose patch of the shoe face at the company. Previously, each worker only operated a pressing machine due to the characteristics of manipulation and waiting time of up to 17 seconds per cycle.
After a long time of research, Mr. Tuan has manufactured a support to help increase the height of the machine, allowing workers to stand and operate and move flexibly between machines. Thanks to this initiative, a worker can operate 4 machines at the same time, reducing the number of workers needed for the line from 28 to 7.
The solution is applied to 10 factories and all types of pressure boots with top-notch patching, bringing a profit to businesses of more than 1.5 billion VND per year. At the same time, the initiative also contributes to reducing waste, thereby protecting the environment. The practical application of the initiative is very high, and has now been deployed at many factories in Hoa Loi Group.
Not only outstanding in technical aspects, Mr. Tuan is also an active union member, actively participating in movements launched by the Union organization. He proactively contributed to the Executive Committee of the trade union on policies and regimes related to workers' rights; actively responded to the emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", the program "75 thousand initiatives to overcome difficulties, develop" and activities to study, follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tron - Chairman of the Trade Union of Annora Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. - commented: "Mr. Mai Anh Tuan is a typical example of diligence, love for the job, creativity and responsibility. His initiatives have saved significant time and costs for businesses. He is also always at the forefront of trade union activities, inspiring the workers.
