On December 31, the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited (Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District) said that it and the company's Board of Directors had organized a visit to workers staying at boarding houses in Trang Dai Ward, Bien Hoa City; Hamlet 1 and Hamlet 5, Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District and Long Thanh District.
At each boarding house, the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union and the Board of Directors of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Limited visited, encouraged and gave gifts to union members and workers.
According to the company's union, this is an activity to show gratitude and encourage union members and workers in production in 2024, and at the same time encourage workers to have more working spirit in 2025.
Year-end gifts for workers in boarding houses also bring practical value, encouraging workers during the coming Tet holiday.

Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. has also announced the Lunar New Year bonus for the year of the Snake 2025. Accordingly, employees who have worked for a full year will receive a Lunar New Year bonus of 100% of their salary, equivalent to 1 month's salary. Employees who work for an additional year will receive an additional 5%, and the highest level is 200%, equivalent to 2 months' salary.
