On March 19, Vinh Tien Garment Joint Stock Company (Long Chau ward, Vinh Long province) organized a conference of workers' delegates to assess the production and business situation, care for workers' lives and set out directions and tasks for 2026.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc - Secretary of the Party Cell, Director of the company said that as of December 31, 2025, the unit has 1,486 employees, with an average income of 10.15 million VND per person per month, basically stable.
According to Mr. Phuoc, in the past year, total export production revenue reached 285.9 billion VND, an increase of 9.5% compared to the same period, reaching 101.6% compared to the plan set out from the beginning of the year.
He added that the company always receives attention and support from the Corporation, creating favorable conditions in production activities, gradually overcoming difficulties in the market and orders.
However, according to Mr. Phuoc, the labor situation has many fluctuations, new workers have not yet compensated for the number of resignations, causing businesses to reduce from 33 to 30 garment lines, affecting output.
Despite facing difficulties, the output still reached more than 4.2 million products, ensuring delivery progress for partners," Mr. Phuoc emphasized and said that this is a great effort of all workers.

He said that in care work, the company has supported the construction of 2 Trade Union Warm Houses, and provided Lunar New Year allowances for 68 cases with a total amount of over 200 million VND.
According to him, businesses fully implement the regime for female workers, ensure labor safety and hygiene, and spend more than 25.7 billion VND on commendation to encourage workers.
The company fully pays social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for 100% of workers signing contracts with an amount of over 25.6 billion VND, and also pays trade union dues of over 1.6 billion VND," he added.
According to Mr. Phuoc, in 2026, the company sets a revenue target of 290 billion VND, an increase of 1.5% compared to 2025, with an average labor scale of about 1,510 people. He believes that the average income is expected to reach 10.5 million VND per person per month, an increase of 3.5% compared to the previous year; and at the same time focus on improving productivity and quality to retain workers.
100% of delegates attending unanimously approved the Appendix amending the Collective Labor Agreement for the period 2025 - 2028 between the company and employees.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Dung - Vice Chairwoman of Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged the enterprise's efforts in taking care of workers' lives. According to her, the company needs to continue to pay attention to improving the working environment, ensuring the rights and welfare of workers in the context of many fluctuations: "Businesses need to focus on stabilizing human resources and increasing income so that workers can be assured and stick with them for a long time.
