The Da Nang City Labor Federation has just issued a plan to organize activities to care for union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers on the occasion of the 2025 Lunar New Year.
Of which, 40,000 vouchers, each worth 100,000 VND, will be allocated to union members and workers in the city who are facing difficulties to shop at the 2025 Trade Union Tet Market.
According to the Da Nang City Labor Federation, this is an activity to care for and support the material and spiritual life of union members, workers and employees in an effective and practical manner, ensuring the goal that all union members, workers and employees have a joyful, meaningful, warm and united Tet.
In particular, priority is given to workers in particularly difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses, those affected by natural disasters, storms and floods, those whose working hours have been reduced, those who have lost their jobs, union members, civil servants and employees from families with preferential policies, and those who have not had the opportunity to return home for Tet for many years or who have to stay at their units or enterprises to work, produce and do business during Tet.
On this occasion, the Da Nang City Labor Federation also donated 2,000 train and bus tickets and organized a free bus trip to take union members, workers and their families home to celebrate Tet. Visited and supported 20,000 union members, workers and employees in difficult circumstances, who had work-related accidents, occupational diseases, or serious illnesses....
For union members staying in Da Nang to celebrate Tet, the city's Labor Federation will visit and give gifts to 1,000 workers at self-managed worker groups in dormitories, worker housing areas, and single mothers.
