Mr. Le Van Dai - Permanent Vice President of the Da Nang City Labor Federation - said that the establishment of 24 Trade Union organizations at the commune and ward levels of Da Nang city is an important step in the work of consolidating and perfecting the trade union apparatus in the direction of streamlining, operating effectively, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.
To operate immediately, without interruption of activities, immediately after completing the work of restructuring the apparatus, the Standing Committee of the City Labor Federation directed the commune and ward trade unions to quickly develop a work program for the last 6 months of 2025.
Proactively coordinate with local Party committees, authorities and functional agencies in grasping the situation in the area; directly work with affiliated grassroots unions to grasp the situation of activities, improve connectivity, thereby developing activities in accordance with reality.
At the same time, it is recommended that the team of commune and ward union officials continue to promote their own intelligence and rich practical experience, quickly adapt and improve the quality and efficiency of work; thereby, effectively carry out the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
Following the direction of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation, the Chairmen of the Ward and Commune Trade Unions in Da Nang City have quickly deployed their tasks.
Mr. Tra Thanh Quang - Chairman of the Hoa Khanh Ward Trade Union, Da Nang City - said that immediately after coming into operation, the unit has quickly deployed key tasks such as building an official fanpage, providing contact addresses for grassroots trade unions to conveniently connect.
Establish internal Zalo groups and Zalo groups for grassroots unions and grassroots unions according to unit types to discuss and deploy tasks promptly.
At the same time, closely coordinate with Party committees, authorities and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward to closely monitor the area and grasp the situation at the grassroots level.
Inheriting the foundation and tasks previously implemented by the Lien Chieu District Labor Federation, the Hoa Khanh Ward Labor Union is actively reviewing and developing an action plan from now until the end of the year in the direction of focusing on the grassroots, mobilizing resources to better care for union members and workers, said Mr. Tra Thanh Quang.
