The grassroots trade union of the Hoi An World Cultural Heritage Conservation Center has a total of 217 union members, operating in 8 trade union groups.
The Trade Union of Hoi An World Cultural Heritage Conservation Center was established on the basis of merging the Trade Union of Hoi An Cultural Heritage Conservation Management Center and the Center for Culture - Sports and Radio - Television of Hoi An city after the two centers were merged and under the management of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang city.
During the past term, the Central Trade Union has effectively performed its role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of civil servants and employees (VC-NLD), while increasingly better caring for the material and spiritual life of union members.
The trade union regularly supervises the implementation of policies and regimes; participates in developing internal regulations; coordinates the organization of VC-NLD conferences on time; monitors salary payments, salary increases, rewards, support for holidays... in a spirit of publicity, transparency, and democracy.
In the 2023-2025 period, the unit has 208 VC-NLD to raise salaries on time and 33 VC-NLD to raise salaries ahead of schedule, 100% of employees are allowed to sign labor contracts in accordance with regulations. The trade union also proactively proposed appropriate policies for female workers who are pregnant and raising young children; supervised the termination of labor contracts according to procedures; and at the same time, strengthened the fight against negativity and waste. In particular, there were no complaints, denunciations or labor disputes.
Care for life has been widely implemented. Propaganda and education work has always been valued, with 100% of union members participating in studying resolutions and legal policies; many VC-NLD have been given the opportunity to study to improve their qualifications.
From 2023 to 2025, 279 cadres will attend training courses; many comrades have studied high school and political theory, of which 17 comrades were admitted to the Party.
The trade union focuses on building a strong organization, maintaining periodic activities, and effectively coordinating with the Board of Directors and the Party Committee; 100% of VC-NLD are admitted to the trade union.
Patriotic emulation movements were widely launched, recognizing 45 city-level initiatives, many typical professional activities were implemented, actively contributing to the overall achievements of the unit. The union has continuously achieved the title of Excellent in completing tasks, and has been awarded many certificates of merit and certificates of merit.

Comrade Phan Van Quang, Deputy Director of the Center, was appointed as Chairman of the Trade Union of the Hoi An World Cultural Heritage Conservation Center for the 2025-2030 term.
