A solid support for workers
On November 23, 2025, in Duy Xuyen commune (Da Nang city), the 4th Sedo Vinako Company Limited Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030, took place successfully. With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". The Congress summarized a challenging 2023-2025 term but also marked many outstanding achievements in caring for and protecting the rights of union members.
With efforts and consensus, the Trade Union has closely coordinated with the Board of Directors of the company to not only maintain stable jobs for more than 5,000 employees with an average salary of VND7.835 million/person/month, but also build a harmonious and progressive working environment.

The biggest bright spot is the negotiation, signing and implementation of Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs) with more favorable provisions than the law. Instead of only complying with the minimum regulations, the Trade Union has successfully negotiated outstanding welfare policies such as: supporting 100% of salaries for employees with infectious diseases (instead of 75% under the Social Insurance regime), paying childcare allowances under 6 years old for both male and female employees, seniority bonuses, support for donations, alcohol, etc.
Through periodic dialogues, many recommendations of workers have been resolved promptly. Typically, in 2025, the Trade Union successfully negotiated the increase in shift meals to VND 20,000, increased fuel allowances by VND 100,000/person and quarterly bonuses of VND 1,000,000/person.
Not only taking care of material life, but spiritual activities are also of special interest to the Trade Union. Programs such as "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", football and volleyball tournaments have become indispensable spiritual dishes. In particular, the construction and operation of the library with more than 5,000 books, awarded the Reading Culture Award by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, is a testament to the deep interest in improving knowledge and cultural life for workers. In 3 years, 3 "Union Shelters" houses have been donated, along with thousands of support gifts, demonstrating the strong spirit of mutual love.


Innovation, creativity for union members' rights and sustainable development
Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Sedo Vinako Company Trade Union determined to face new challenges from the 4.0 industrial revolution and the increasingly fierce competition of the global market.

The general goal of the new term is: "Innovating trade union organization and activities; protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; focusing on the grassroots, taking union members and workers as the center, contributing to improving productivity, production efficiency, material life and the spirit of workers".
To realize this goal, the grassroots trade union will focus on key tasks. First of all, continue to improve the quality of collective labor agreements, strive to add at least 2-3 more provisions that are more beneficial to employees each year, especially focusing on salary, bonus and working conditions. Strive to admit 100% of qualified workers into the organization, while improving the quality of trade union activities.
Emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers" will be innovated in content and form, associated with technical improvement, productivity improvement, and cost savings for businesses. At the same time, cultural, sports activities and meaningful welfare programs will continue to be developed.
