Focus on vocational training for rural workers

According to Ms. Phuong, in recent years, thanks to resources from the national target program, the province has effectively implemented vocational training for workers in remote areas with a large number of ethnic minorities.

Training courses on sewing, construction, agriculture... opened right at the facility attracted a large number of students to attend. As a result, most of the graduates have created stable jobs and increased their income, improved their family life and increased their income. This process has contributed to gradually improving the quality of human resources, serving the socio-economic development goals of the locality.

After merging with Phu Yen, Dak Lak province aims to create jobs for about 24,150 workers in 2025. Of which, about 1,800 people go abroad to work; reduce the unemployment rate in urban areas to about 2.2%; increase the rate of workers through vocational training to about 70%...
