Ninh Binh Trade Union Technical - Tourism College currently has nearly 200 students and 30 staff and teachers. With a spirit of effort, solidarity and high consensus, in the 2023 - 2024 school year, the school has achieved many important results.
The quality and effectiveness of vocational training have changed dramatically; the organizational structure continues to be streamlined and effective; the quality of staff and teachers has been improved; training facilities and equipment have been invested in and built to meet training requirements.
Some important targets were achieved and exceeded the plan such as: Admissions; training quality, graduation exam results of students with good and excellent grades accounted for 90%. The number of students after graduation were introduced by the school to employers and found jobs with stable income.
In particular, the work of consolidating facilities for vocational training activities has been effectively implemented. The project to build school facilities phase 2 with a total investment of nearly 30 billion VND has been handed over and put into use with the following items: 38-room dormitory, 1,000m2 practice workshop, 600m2 multi-purpose house, 434m2 swimming pool... has contributed to building a spacious facility to serve the school's activities.
In the 2024-2025 school year, the school will promote the application of digital transformation in management, teaching and learning activities; strongly develop in scale, quantity and quality of training, contributing to improving the quality of human resources and competitiveness, meeting practical requirements.
Continue to adjust the training program in the direction of reducing workload, being closer to reality, accumulating knowledge, increasing practicality and training professional skills. Actively innovate scientific research work in a practical and effective direction, determined to successfully carry out the assigned tasks.
At the ceremony, delegates and students reviewed the tradition of respecting teachers and learning of the Vietnamese people; and listened to the congratulatory letter on Vietnamese Teachers' Day from the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
On this occasion, the school awarded teachers and students with outstanding achievements in the 2023-2024 school year.
