On March 8, leaders of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) said that many grassroots trade unions and a large number of union members and workers in the province actively responded and participated in an online contest to learn about the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels.
According to the Provincial Labor Federation, this is one of the practical forms of propaganda to bring information about the election closer to workers and laborers before the great festival of the whole people.
The contest also contributes to raising awareness and responsibility of voters towards participating in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term.
Previously, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation issued a document requesting the Industrial Zone Trade Union Board, ward trade unions and grassroots trade unions to strengthen propaganda and mobilize officials, union members, and workers to participate in the contest.
The content of the contest is also widely disseminated in Party cell meetings, agency meetings, trade union meetings and topics related to propaganda about elections.
The online contest to learn about the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels takes place from February 27 to March 15, 2026, including two weeks of competition.

The first week of competition starts immediately after the launching ceremony on the morning of February 27 and lasts until the end of March 8. The second week of competition takes place from 0:00 on March 9 to the end of March 15. It is expected that the summary and award ceremony of the competition will be held in April 2026.

In parallel with the contest, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation also requested grassroots trade unions to strengthen propaganda in the digital environment and social networks of agencies, units, and businesses.
Official propaganda content about the election needs to be posted and widely shared to contribute to orienting information and creating social consensus.
In addition, units are encouraged to propagate and introduce typical songs that won prizes in the Campaign to compose songs about the National Assembly and People's Councils posted on the electronic information page of the National Election Council.
At the same time, promote the broadcasting system and cultural and artistic activities at units and businesses to spread the joyful atmosphere and encourage voters to actively participate in the election.
The Provincial Labor Federation also requested grassroots trade unions to proactively coordinate with Party committees, units, and businesses to supplement and replace billboards, banners, flags, banners, and flags at the headquarters of agencies, businesses, and units until March 25, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere to celebrate election day.
