On June 10, the Provincial Department of Home Affairs Employment Service Center organized the 5th free job fair in 2025 with the participation of more than 20 business units that need to recruit more than 2,600 workers.
This job exchange is organized to promptly support jobs quickly for unemployed workers, meeting human resources for businesses in the province. On June 10, about 350 workers who wanted to find a job and learn about job information participated in the fair. As a result, 150 workers were recruited.
In addition to providing consultation for workers to participate directly at the regular job fair, the Employment Service Center also reviews and collects job needs for workers receiving unemployment benefits. This is to connect hundreds of workers with businesses that need to recruit a large number of unskilled workers in the area, mainly in the fields of textiles, footwear, electronics such as Action composites Hightech Industries Co., Ltd., Dong Tien Joint Stock Company, Global Star Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd., etc.
Some companies that have not recruited or have not recruited enough will continue to be supported by the Organizing Committee to post recruitment information at the Center's office, the website website http://vieclamdongnai.gov.vn, and the social networking site (fanpage, Zalo official) managed by the Center. For businesses and employees who cannot participate in direct interviews at the fair, the Organizing Committee will provide consultation support and recruitment information to help employees contact the business to submit documents.
The Employment Service Center also strengthens job counseling and referral for unemployment beneficiaries at the center and 5 representative offices of districts, Bien Hoa City, Long Khanh, creating all conditions for unemployment beneficiaries to soon return to the labor market.
