According to Ms. Nhai, her company has been recruiting with the Hanoi Employment Service Center for about 5 years. Currently, the company has a need to recruit about 150 positions per month on average, the Center sends candidates quite fully. After the screening process, the company has hired about 1⁄2 of its staff to work long-term.
Ms. Nhai assessed that coordinating with the Hanoi Employment Service Center for online and direct recruitment brings good results, and businesses do not have to pay any costs for recruiting people.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Tien, born in 1994 (Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi) shared that in March 2025, she went to the Center to complete procedures to receive unemployment insurance. Talking to Lao Dong, Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that at this time, businesses with the highest recruitment demand fall into the trade - service group; manufacturing and processing industry.

Regarding the need to find jobs for workers, focus on occupational groups such as assembling and operating machinery and equipment; simple labor. These are positions that do not require high professional qualifications but are suitable for the majority of unskilled workers and workers with intermediate qualifications.
According to the recruitment Service Center, the demand for job searches is mainly concentrated in the untrained group (accounting for 41.68%), focusing on jobs such as production workers, sales staff; Next is the level of technical workers without degrees/certificate of expertise accounting for 29.07%, focusing on job searches in jobs such as component assembly workers, mechanics, construction workers...
Mr. Vu Quang Thanh predicted that the Hanoi labor market will grow slowly in May 2025 due to the negative impact of many unfavorable socio-economic factors in the region and globally.
