Mr. Do Ha Nam - Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Intimex Group Joint Stock Company - said that due to the nature of an agricultural export and processing enterprise, many factories and units under the company are located in provinces and cities near raw material sources. Mr. Do Ha Nam said that the company always ensures the principle of ensuring balance and reasonableness between employees' income and the business's interest to pay taxes, receive dividends to shareholders and reinvest. Therefore, in addition to receiving a monthly salary with an average of over 17-18 million VND/person/month, employees will also receive an additional 6 months of bonuses per year. In a year of work, employees receive 18 months of salary.

Ms. Phan Hong Hue - Chairman of the Trade Union of Intimex Group Joint Stock Company - said that employees at Intimex Group Joint Stock Company enjoy many benefits. For example, employees who have worked for 3 years or more will be allowed to travel abroad because the agency will pay for their professional qualifications, and the company will pay for their tuition for their work; employees who have had work-related accidents will be paid for all treatment costs by the company regardless of who is at fault.

Few people know that in the development of Intimex Group Joint Stock Company today, there is always the active companionship and support of the Vietnam Trade Union organization. In 2013, Intimex Xuan Loc Company (a company under Intimex Group Joint Stock Company, formerly located in Xuan Loc District, Dong Nai Province) had a dispute with a private enterprise T.T. The owner of this business mobilized forces, including his younger brother, to surround and prevent more than 70 workers of Intimex Xuan Loc Company from working, causing him and his family to suffer, and took away 43 tons of agricultural products of Intimex Xuan Loc Company.

From the information provided by readers, Lao Dong Newspaper has stepped in, verified the incident and continuously published articles reflecting on public opinion. At the same time, employees of Intimex Xuan Loc Company also called for help from the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Dang Ngoc Tung, at that time, a National Assembly Delegate of the Dong Nai Provincial Delegation. Immediately, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Dang Ngoc Tung also investigated the incident and regularly gave his opinions to the leaders of Dong Nai Provincial Police.

Thanks to the drastic participation of the trade union organization, the incident was quickly clarified, the private business owner T.T. arrested and imprisoned for their wrongdoings, more than 70 employees of Intimex Xuan Loc Company were allowed to return to work and contribute to the overall development of Intimex Group Joint Stock Company today.
