Therefore, in addition to receiving a monthly salary with an average of over 17-18 million VND/person/month, employees will also receive an additional 6 months of bonuses per year. In a year of work, employees receive 18 months of salary.

In 2013, Intimex Xuan Loc Company (a company under Intimex Group Joint Stock Company, formerly located in Xuan Loc District, Dong Nai Province) had a dispute with a private enterprise T.T. The owner of this business mobilized forces, including his younger brother, to surround and prevent more than 70 workers of Intimex Xuan Loc Company from working, causing him and his family to suffer, and took away 43 tons of agricultural products of Intimex Xuan Loc Company.

At the same time, employees of Intimex Xuan Loc Company also called for help from the President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Dang Ngoc Tung, at that time, a National Assembly Delegate of the Dong Nai Provincial Delegation. Immediately, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Dang Ngoc Tung also investigated the incident and regularly gave his opinions to the leaders of Dong Nai Provincial Police.
Thanks to the drastic participation of the trade union organization, the incident was quickly clarified, the private business owner T.T. arrested and imprisoned for their wrongdoings, more than 70 employees of Intimex Xuan Loc Company were allowed to return to work and contribute to the overall development of Intimex Group Joint Stock Company today.
