Enterprises race to complete year-end plans
The labor market in the last months of 2025 is expected to have many improvements. This is the time for businesses to focus resources to speed up production, complete orders and implement business plans set out since the beginning of the year, creating great recruitment demand in many fields.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper reporter, Mr. Vu Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of Hanoi Employment Service Center - commented that the positive developments in the capital's socio-economic situation have created an important "push".
The labor market is having very positive aspects. Therefore, it can be seen that the labor market in the last months of the year, especially in the fourth quarter, will have significant relatively significant changes" - Mr. Thanh analyzed.
According to Mr. Thanh, this is the time when businesses start focusing on completing annual orders and plans. Especially in the last months of the year, consumption and production indicators tend to increase sharply. This leads to businesses also having to focus on production and consumption activities.
Based on statistical and survey activities, the Hanoi Employment Service Center predicts that some industry groups will have a lot of recruitment from now until the end of the year. At the top is the group of industries that are pillars of trade and services, which are always vibrant at the end of the year when society's shopping and spending efforts increase. Next are sectors such as retail, e-commerce, and logistics.
In addition, the manufacturing, construction, healthcare and finance industries also have a significant recruitment demand. Activities related to tourism, accommodation services, food and beverage will also continue to have a great demand for labor recruitment and employment.
Launching many policies to attract labor
Ms. Luu Hoai Thu - Head of Human Resources Department of TCTEX Vietnam Co., Ltd. - said that the company is planning to increase new orders by the end of the year, so it needs to recruit about 40-50 more workers. To attract workers, the company has implemented many mechanisms.
We understand that, to retain workers, especially in the current competitive context, salaries, bonuses and benefits must be good. The company has a policy of a bonus of 1 million VND/month and an additional bonus of 1 million VND/month for new employees after 3 months of probation. In particular, for workers far away who have difficulty with housing, the company is ready to provide accommodation so that they can work with peace of mind" - Ms. Thu shared.
Not only the manufacturing sector, the food and beverage service (F&B) sector is also in a "thirst" for human resources. Preparing for the festive season and the plan to expand the restaurant chain, Jollibee Vietnam representative is also actively searching for personnel.
Mr. Pham Manh Quan - Recruitment Supervisor of the Northern region - said: "At the end of this year, our company plans to expand many new stores, and at the same time prepare human resources for the upcoming Lunar New Year, so the recruitment volume is very large. We need to recruit about 100-200 part-time employees, mainly students and 20-30 team leader management positions".
