The victim was identified as Ms. H.T.B, born in 1985 (residing in Khanh Hoi commune, Ninh Binh province).
The incident occurred at around 1:45 p.m. on December 2 at Vienergy Company Limited (Phuc Son Industrial Park, Dong Hoa Lu Ward, Ninh Binh).
At that time, Ms. B drove a motorbike from outside the gate to the Company's parking lot to park the motorbike and go to the workshop. When approaching the bus station, Ms. B suddenly fell and was taken to the emergency room but died.
According to the Company's security camera, at the time of the incident, there were many other workers driving motorbikes into the parking lot to park. However, Ms. B's vehicle did not collide with any other vehicle.
