On May 14, the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Asia A Chau Door Industry Co., Ltd. (Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City) solemnly held a ceremony to celebrate the 136th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026).
The program was attended by Mr. Hsieh Mao Shan - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, along with more than 1,000 workers, laborers and foreign experts.
At the program, business leaders and workers in black and white uniforms solemnly performed the flag salute ceremony to commemorate Uncle Ho.
Ms. Le Thi Huong - Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union of Cua Y A Chau Industrial Co., Ltd. - gave a speech sharing her feelings about Uncle Ho, recalling Uncle Ho's life and career, the process of Uncle Ho leaving to find a way to save the country and returning to lead the Vietnamese Revolution.

Also at the program, Ms. Le Thi Huong deployed the contents of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.
According to Ms. Le Thi Huong, in Workers' Month 2026, learning from Uncle Ho, the grassroots trade union has implemented many activities to care for the material and spiritual life of workers, such as organizing sports festivals, proposing to businesses to pay bonuses to encourage workers, and support workers in difficult circumstances. In production, trade unions and companies launched workers to strive for creative emulation and improvement.
Labor is glory. This is Uncle Ho's famous saying, the spirit of that saying still retains its value in the modern production environment. We learn from Uncle Ho from simple, practical daily things such as: working responsibly, not wasting raw materials; keeping the workplace clean and safe; proactively learning new technologies, improving skills, uniting and supporting each other in work to develop together" - Ms. Le Thi Huong shared.

According to Ms. Le Thi Huong, in the digital age, the spirit of innovation that Uncle Ho always promoted becomes even more important. Today's workers not only need health and experience but also need to adapt to new technologies to improve production efficiency.
Mr. Dao Quang Tho - Human Resources Director of the company - said that the enterprise also implements studying Uncle Ho with specific tasks such as: Transparent work management using digital systems; labor safety control using technology; reducing waste, improving productivity and product quality; building a professional and modern working environment; ensuring stable jobs and income; caring for workers in difficult circumstances.
