Cao Bang - The province has just organized a preliminary review of the series of activities at the event commemorating the 85th anniversary of Uncle Ho's return to the country.

On the afternoon of March 30, in Cao Bang, Mr. Le Hai Hoa - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - chaired a conference to summarize the implementation of Project No. 01 on organizing a series of activities to celebrate the 85th anniversary of Uncle Ho's return to the country to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution (January 28, 1941 - January 28, 2026).

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Nong Thanh Tung emphasized that the event of President Ho Chi Minh returning to Pac Bo (Cao Bang) in 1941 was a particularly important milestone, opening a turning point for the Vietnamese revolution, towards the victory of the August Revolution of 1945.

The organization of commemorative activities not only has profound political and historical significance but also contributes to arousing national pride, consolidating the ideological foundation and creating motivation for development.

According to the report at the conference, the implementation of the project in the past time has been carried out seriously and methodically, creating a widespread effect in society. Many large-scale activities have been successfully organized, demonstrating the management capacity and mobilization of local resources.

Prominent is the live television bridge program "Hai tay xây dựng một sơn hà" connecting 4 bridge points Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Nghe An and Cao Bang, with the central bridge point at Pac Bo Special National Relic Site.

The program contributes to highlighting the historical journey associated with President Ho Chi Minh, from origin to convergence and spread.

Event propaganda work was promoted with more than 4,000 news and articles in newspapers and digital platforms, attracting hundreds of thousands of accesses. Many in-depth articles, reports, and witness exchanges have contributed to clarifying the role of Cao Bang - the cradle of the Vietnamese revolution.

In addition, a series of activities such as the online contest "Journey following Uncle Ho's footsteps", research on building a tourist route from Guangxi (China) to Cao Bang, producing documentaries, organizing scientific conferences... are being implemented synchronously, creating depth in content and value.

Security, health, and logistics work are ensured; social security activities, civil works construction, and schools are concerned, contributing to improving people's lives.

The series of activities not only contributes to revolutionary tradition education but also gradually transforms heritage values into resources for cultural and tourism development, strengthens regional linkages, and enhances the position of Cao Bang province.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in propaganda and organizing commemorative activities.
