Notably, the grassroots trade union participates in negotiating and signing Collective Labor Agreements with many provisions that are more beneficial to employees than those prescribed by law. In particular, employees who have worked for 12 months will receive a salary increase of 2.5% of the basic salary on the contract; employees who have worked for 10 years will be considered by the company for 1 tael of 24K gold, and for 20 years will be considered for 1.5 taels of 24K gold...
At Apache Vietnam Shoes Co., Ltd. (Long Giang Industrial Park, Tan Phuoc 3 Commune, Dong Thap Province), there are currently 7,905 union members, with about 28.15% of employees working with the company for over 5 years.
