The Board of Directors of Cerie International Company Limited said that over the years, the company has paid great attention to and strictly implemented the Labor Law. Many benefits for employees have been met by the company beyond the regulations and are specified in the collective labor agreement.
However, the company still wants to listen to opinions and will try to bring the best benefits to employees, especially female employees, to help them feel secure in their work and stay with the company for a long time.
After a period of heated, frank, and procedural discussions in the spirit of sharing and companionship, the Board of Directors of Cerie International Company Limited agreed to implement 11/11 recommendations from employees from November 2024.
Regarding the proposal to organize cancer screening once a year for female employees, the company will discuss with the head office in Hong Kong (China) to respond to the employees as soon as possible.
It is known that the total number of female employees at Cerie International Company Limited is 2,068/2,224 people, of which the number of employees raising children under 6 years old at the company is 600 people.
The dialogue is one of the key activities of "Representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of female workers through dialogue at the workplace" directed by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
The successful organization of this activity is an important premise for the Provincial Labor Federation and the Vinh Phuc Industrial Parks Trade Union to continue to deploy and expand in the local Trade Union system.
