On the morning of May 22, in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor held a training conference to improve the capacity to direct and implement the leadership and staff of the National Propaganda - Women's Union in 2025.
Nearly 200 delegates who are leaders and officials working in propaganda and women's work from provinces and cities, and industry unions across the country participated in the training course.

In her opening speech, Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor emphasized that 2025 marks important steps forward in Trade Union activities, requiring the team of Propaganda and Women's Union cadres to continuously improve their capacity, innovate methods, and meet the increasingly high requirements of practice.
This training conference will have 4 topics including: Applying AI, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union communication; Improving the capacity and vision of leaders and cadres working in propaganda and women's union work in the coming time; Skills in organizing forces and implementing activities to fight against erroneous and hostile views in cyberspace; Population work in the new situation of workers.

Special in-depth contents and topics such as grasping and effectively applying AI will be an important step forward to help union cadres improve their communication skills, strongly spreading the good values of the Vietnam Trade Union in the digital age.
This is also an opportunity for union officials to share the current situation and solutions of the Trade Union organization to innovate women's work activities in population work, families, children among female union members and workers.
The program took place over 3 days, from May 22-24, shared by experts in the fields. Thereby, helping each Trade Union cadre raise awareness, foster professional skills to apply to practical activities at each level, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new development stage of the country and the Trade Union organization.
