On August 28, the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour organized a conference to summarize and award prizes for the contest to learn about the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress; Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Agencies, term 2025-2030 and Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2031.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Anh Duc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the new Director of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health Sciences, said that studying, thoroughly grasping and organizing the implementation of resolutions of the Party, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations and the Vietnam Trade Union is an important and regular political task of each Party Committee, Party organization and each cadre and party member in the Vietnam Trade Union system.
Resolutions only truly go into life when they are correctly understood, deeply ingrained in ideology, concretized into programs and plans, and transformed into practical and effective actions.
The three resolutions selected as the content of the Contest have a close and unified relationship from the strategic orientation of the Party to the tasks of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations and the action program of the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
To continue to promote the results of the Contest and bring the resolutions into life, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Vu Anh Duc requested Party committees, Party organizations, departments, and units to continue to organize research, study, and thoroughly grasp the resolutions; clarify the contents directly related to the functions and tasks of each Party committee, Party organization, agency, unit and each cadre and party member. The study of resolutions must be carried out regularly, associated with Party cell activities, thematic activities and cadre training work.
Each content of work must clearly define goals, progress, products, agencies and individuals responsible; and at the same time regularly inspect, urge, summarize, and evaluate the results of implementation. The implementation of the resolution must create specific changes that can be checked, measured and evaluated.
Continue to innovate propaganda and political and ideological education in a practical, vivid, and accessible direction, suitable for each target group. Promote the effectiveness of press agencies, trade union media and digital platforms; build concise, accurate, and widespread media products.
It is necessary to select, introduce and disseminate quality entries, good practices, and effective models; turn the results of the Contest into a source of materials to serve Party committee and Party cell activities, training and fostering cadres, and propaganda among union members and workers.
At the conference, the Organizing Committee of the contest announced and awarded commendation decisions to 11 collectives and 33 individuals.
