On January 20, Ms. Nguyen Van Hanh Thuc - Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center - said that to support soldiers preparing for demobilization in 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center coordinated to organize a job introduction and vocational training counseling session for about 1,000 non-commissioned officers and soldiers at Division 5, Military Region 7 on January 24.
Accordingly, businesses and the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center will receive the needs of demobilized officers and soldiers to advise on vocational training, and at the same time provide information on job recruitment needs at businesses.
In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City Employment Service Center also introduces information and policy advice to support Vietnamese people going to work abroad for military personnel to grasp.
According to the plan, there are a total of 204 entrusted enterprises with a recruitment demand of about 11,400 workers.
This is a work to implement the military rear policy, and at the same time contribute to connecting the labor recruitment needs of businesses.
