As of April 10, the whole city has developed nearly 11,000 union members, an increase of 30% over the same period in 2024. The conference also discussed solutions in mobilizing the development of union members and establishing grassroots unions in the second quarter, especially the Workers' Month - Union Member Development Peak Month. At the same time, it made comments on the production and business situation and employment at enterprises related to labor resources to develop union members.
Speaking at the Conference Conclusion, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chairman of Hai Phong Labor Union acknowledged the efforts and efforts of the units from the beginning of 2025 to the present. At the same time, it is required that the units continue to focus on the development of union members. Every month, the units send a report on the development of union members so that the Labor Union of Hai Phong City captures and has a timely support solution. The City Labor Federation will also study, have a mechanism to support, encourage and reward in accordance with the units that successfully complete the targets, have a refreshing and creative way in developing union members, establishing trade unions and grassroots unions.
