At the launching ceremony of the Trade Union of Mandala Hotel and Service Management Company - Hai Duong Branch, representatives of Thach Khoi Ward Trade Union (Hai Phong City) presented decisions to admit 18 union members to the Trade Union organization, and announced the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union also approved the operating program in the coming time, with the key task of consolidating the organization and deploying activities to care for and protect the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
The grassroots trade union will organize cultural, artistic, and sports activities to celebrate major holidays of the country; promote propaganda to union members about the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, the Trade Union Law, the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, resolutions of higher-level Trade Unions, as well as the role, functions, and tasks of the Trade Union organization.
In addition, the Trade Union coordinates with the Company's Board of Directors to fully implement regimes and policies related to the legitimate rights and interests of employees such as salaries, social insurance, and health insurance.
The launch of the grassroots Trade Union at the Company contributes to strengthening the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers; creating conditions for union members to participate in emulation movements, and at the same time building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in the enterprise.
