Focus on caring for and protecting the rights and interests of workers
In the period of 2023 - 2025, facing many fluctuations in the world economy, conflicts in many areas, causing businesses in the province to suffer many impacts... However, thanks to the close direction of the Party Committee, government and the strong participation of the Trade Union organization, in general, the working environment in Ha Tinh still maintains stability, harmony and progress.
In the period of 2023-2025, Ha Tinh Trade Union has contributed comments on 75 draft legal documents directly related to workers' rights; organized thousands of dialogues at the workplace; signed and amended nearly 150 collective labor agreements in a more beneficial direction for workers. To date, 385/446 enterprises with trade unions have signed collective labor agreements - a number that has shown the increasingly clear role of trade unions in establishing harmonious, progressive and stable labor relations. Legal consultancy work has been widely deployed with 34,803 officers and employees supported.
In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Trade Unions at all levels mobilized resources to support 84,983 gifts worth nearly 47 billion VND to support union members and workers in difficulty; built new and repaired 316 Trade Union Shelters and boarding houses for union members with a total value of nearly 15 billion VND; mobilized more than 11 billion VND to build and repair teachers' public housing. Many practical activities are maintained such as: Supporting shift meals at 363 enterprises; health check-ups for 48,987 employees...
In order to bring increasingly practical benefits, the Union signed 79 new cooperation agreements, helping more than 32,000 union members benefit with an amount of VND9.1 billion. The models of "Union Meal", "Each grassroots union - A benefit for union members", "Your Health" ... are effectively maintained, creating a strong impression in caring activities.
Contributing to building a rich and beautiful homeland in the country's growth process
Along with efforts to care for workers, Ha Tinh Trade Union has made many important contributions to building the Party and building a strong political system. In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Trade Union has introduced 3,128 outstanding union members to grassroots party organizations for training to achieve 100% of the targets set by the resolution, of which 2,241 outstanding union members were admitted to the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, Ha Tinh continues to welcome many new opportunities as the fields of industry, trade, and services grow strongly; a series of large projects are being implemented, opening up job opportunities for tens of thousands of workers. Along with that are challenges in labor competition, digital transformation, and the need to improve the quality of human resources.
In that context, Ha Tinh Trade Union determined the goal: Continuing to innovate the organization, improve the effectiveness of representing, caring for and protecting workers; promoting digital transformation; expanding the team of union members in the non-state sector; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations; contributing to building Ha Tinh to develop quickly and sustainably.
With the determination to overcome difficulties, the spirit of innovation and the desire to develop, Ha Tinh Trade Union is continuing its journey for "Happy Union Members - Strong Union - Ha Tinh Development". The confidence and consensus of union members and employees in the whole province is the driving force for the Trade Union to continue to make breakthroughs, contributing to the comprehensive development of the province in the era of national growth.
