During the working process, both of them made efforts to complete their work and were well evaluated by the company and party cell here and introduced by the grassroots trade union as outstanding union members for the Party to consider and nurture. Mr. Phu recounted that there were also many times when work encountered difficulties, but both husband and wife encouraged each other to complete their tasks well. In addition, trade union officials also shared, encouraged, and supported. Gradually striving and overcoming challenges, he and his wife were admitted to the Party at the Hang Duong historical site Cemetery, Con Dao Special Zone on May 18. Ms. Nhi emotionally shared: "We also wished to visit Con Dao once and that dream has now become a reality. Being admitted to the Party in the sacred land of the Fatherland on the occasion of the 136th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birth is a great honor for my husband and I. Now we not only share the same school, shared the same house, shared the same work, but also share the same aspirations to work better together, contributing more to businesses and society".
Similarly, Mr. Nguyen Van Dong also said that during the journey of his wife and he being admitted to the Party in Con Dao, there was also great sharing, guidance, and support from the Trade Union organization. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Duyen said that one of the motivations for her to strive to join the Party was because she saw the example of Ms. Le Thi Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Dong Xoai Factory, Thai Binh Investment Joint Stock Company - who always worried, cared for, and supported the work and life of workers. Ms. Duyen said: "Actually, we think joining the Party is not to have a position or benefits, but to be trained in a more disciplined environment, everyone progresses more. When each person progresses more, the business is better, and society will be better".
