From 6am, about 1,300 workers, along with union officials and the company's Board of Directors in special shirts arrived at the factory. Most of the workers wore red shirts with yellow stars, other departments wore blue shirts of the youth union, militia and white shirts of the teenagers.

Ms. Le Thi Huong - President of the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) shared her feelings about the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945). Ms. Le Thi Huong said that the company and the Trade Union regularly respond to the implementation of movements launched by local governments. For this year's holiday, the company has arranged production activities and holidays for employees. At the same time, the grassroots trade union plans to promote its historical significance on the occasion of the national big holiday celebration.
"I hope all workers understand the historical periods that Vietnam has gone through and the sacrifices of our ancestors to have today's peaceful days. Through these activities, the Trade Union reviews the traditions of the nation, reminding the younger generation in the company to always remember the history of the nation" - Ms. Le Thi Huong shared.

The content of the propaganda about the historical significance of September 2 was translated into foreign languages for experts and company leaders to listen to.

Will give bonuses to employees on September 2 holiday
According to Ms. Le Thi Huong, from now until September 2, the Trade Union will continue to promote the historical event of the success of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. To encourage all employees, on the occasion of the country's big holiday, the company decided to give each worker 700,000 VND, technical staff 1.2 million VND, team leader 1.6 million VND, and office staff 1.8 million VND.
