Taking the effectiveness of caring for and protecting workers as a measure
From the practical implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, many practical models and ways of doing things have been implemented by trade union levels, bringing studying and following Uncle Ho into the lives of workers, civil servants, and laborers.

In caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers, many models such as "Tet Sum vay", "Workers' Month", "Trade Union Home", "Trade Union Meal" are maintained, contributing to connecting trade union organizations, businesses and workers.
The model of the Center for Consulting and Supporting Workers has been formed and replicated. Legal advice and legal support for union members and workers are focused on, with nearly 30,000 consultations and more than 500 individual labor disputes being supported and represented.
The Trade Union also actively grasps and participates in promptly resolving labor disputes and collective work stoppages.
In the work of ensuring security and order among workers, trade union levels have actively built and replicated many typical models, such as: "Self-management team for workers' boarding houses", "Self-management team of striking workers on security and order in enterprises", "Industrial zones and industrial clusters safe in terms of security and order", "Workers' security team", "Self-defense militia team in enterprises"...
To date, the whole country has 3,184 model groups "Self-management groups for workers' boarding houses", attracting nearly 300,000 workers and laborers to participate. Many models have promoted practical effectiveness in grasping the situation, mediating conflicts at the grassroots level, and providing information to contribute to maintaining security and order in residential areas and industrial parks.
Improving discipline and sense of responsibility

The shift from "learning" to "following" is increasingly clear, being concretized in the responsibilities and tasks of officials, union members, and workers; contributing to the formation of industrial style, improving discipline and sense of responsibility.
Emulation movements, activities to care for life, and build trade union culture are associated with the content of studying and following Uncle Ho, thereby strengthening the belief of union members and workers.
Propaganda and education work has also been flexibly innovated, increasing the application of information technology and digital platforms; the construction and replication of models and typical examples is increasingly going into depth, associated with the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization.
A typical example is the Trade Union of Hanoi Clean Water One Member Limited Liability Company promoting its core role in launching and supporting officials, union members, and workers to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style associated with production and business tasks.
According to Ms. Ho Thi Thanh Tam - Vice Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Hanoi Clean Water Co., Ltd., learning the "respecting the people" style is associated with improving the quality of customer service. During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always advised officials to be "loyal servants of the people".
In the current market economy conditions, people are customers, the service center of businesses. Starting from that spirit, the company's trade union has chaired the development of a code of conduct with the motto "Dedication - Transparency - Friendliness"; and at the same time organized many communication skills training classes for cashier staff and the "one-stop shop" department at clean water business units.

The company thoroughly understands the spirit: Customers not only use clean water but also place their trust in the business. Therefore, when people complain about invoices, water quality or service-related issues, officials and employees must be present in a timely manner, listen with a spirit of receptiveness, handle work with responsibility and professionalism.
That is also the way Uncle Ho learned the style of being close to the people, respecting the people and serving the people" - Ms. Tam said.
Preliminary review of 5 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style", the VGCL awarded Certificates of Merit to 43 collectives and 88 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in the period 2023 - 2025.
