518 employees in Ho Chi Minh City (aged 10 - 15) participated in the first Thanh Da Summer Camp in 2025 which was opened by the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation on the evening of June 9 at the Thanh Da Trade Union Hotel and motel.
For 4 days (from June 9 to 12), children will participate in physical games such as tug of war, bamboo jumps, practice folk dance, pose and instructions on team rituals.
Children also have a seminar on applying artificial intelligence AI in designing learning products, daily activities, personal images; experiencing virtual reality technology space, space for scientific application, experiencing models, creative games, space for robot control programming, design and shooting contest in the country, experiencing the technology trip of the TST by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the University of Natural Sciences and the Center for Development of Young Science and Technology.
They also participate in programs equipping them with practical skills in fire prevention, fire fighting, and escape in case of fire, and mental health care for children during the summer. At the same time, visit the War Relics Museum and visit the Ho Chi Minh City Police Traditional room.
Mr. Pham Chi Tam - Vice President of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation - said that this year's Thanh Da Summer Camp program is expected to be held in 4 rounds, opening on June 9 and ending on July 3.
The Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation will support 100% of the cost (1,5 million VND/student from union financial resources) for 400 children of employees, union members, union members in difficult circumstances and children whose parents died due to COVID-19 to participate in Thanh Da summer camp this year.
This is the 46th year that the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation has organized the Thanh Da Summer Camp program. Thereby, helping tens of thousands of employees have fun and entertainment during the summer.
