According to the plan to organize Workers' Month activities in 2026 of the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation, the highlight of activities in Workers' Month is the strengthening of dialogue between workers and Party committees, authorities and employers, thereby promptly grasping and resolving recommendations and problems arising from the grassroots level.
Ninh Binh Trade Union clearly defines the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, organizing the "May Dialogue" program and the Forum "Trade Union Members Contributing Opinions to Building Vietnam Trade Unions in the New Era". In addition, through the "May Dialogue" program, heads of Party committees, authorities and businesses directly meet and listen to the opinions of workers.
Issues related to salaries, employment, working conditions, social insurance... will be brought up for public exchange, thereby finding timely solutions to remove them. This is considered an important channel to help limit labor disputes and build harmonious and stable labor relations.
