Connecting love through Union Breakfast

The staff, teachers, and employees of Yen Hoa Primary School (Cau Giay District, Hanoi) were very excited to enjoy the Union Breakfast program. Because it is not only an activity to start a new day but also a time to share and connect among members of the school.

Before working hours, union members go to the "Union relaxation corner" to eat breakfast together organized by the Union and the school's Board of Directors. Breakfast is prepared with enough nutrients, but more specially, it is dishes that contain care and love. Each person comes there to bring the joy of receiving the attention of the union, the school and being able to chat, share, and connect before entering the working day. Taking place only in the first week of March, the Union Breakfast program left many good impressions.

To attract and attract union members to participate, the breakfast menu has been continuously changed from the joint contributions and construction of members of the school's union. For example, on Monday, the first day of the week, group 1 will prepare breakfast with banh mi with avocado and milk to bring new energy for a working day. Third, the menu prepared by group 2 has yogurt - a healthy variety. On Wednesday, group 3 prepared yellow corn with enough nutrients. Thursday, group 4 brought boiled potatoes and cassava. Friday - the last working day of the week, group 5 prepares fresh fruit dishes with many colors, bringing positive energy to each person...

To celebrate and contribute to taking care of staff, teachers and staff, the Board of Directors of Yen Hoa Primary School also brings desserts such as caramel; soy milk, corn milk, tea, coffee, hot salt water...

Organizing the Union Breakfast program not only helps the school's staff, teachers and employees ensure their health every working day but also spreads love, increases solidarity and connection in the collective. The program has eliminated generation gaps, instead of caring for and encouraging each other in work and life.

According to union members, the program is a great source of spiritual encouragement, helping each teacher and employee feel secure starting a new working day with excitement and full of energy. Love for the workplace and colleagues is nurtured through this activity, so everyone hopes the program will continue. In particular, the Union Breakfast program once again affirms the innovation in the activities of grassroots unions, especially when those activities are organized from the wishes and needs of union members.
