According to leaders of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ), after the merger, the LĐLĐ provincial's apparatus is structured to include: Standing Committee, Trade Union Affairs Committee and Industrial Park Trade Union Committee with a total of 24 civil servants.
Currently, the provincial trade union organization directly manages 922 grassroots trade unions with more than 91,300 union members, out of a total of more than 113,400 workers, civil servants, and laborers. The organizational consolidation is considered an important step to improve operating capacity, meeting new requirements in the development stage of the locality and the Trade Union organization.
Along with arranging the apparatus, trade union levels in the province have synchronously deployed many activities towards grassroots levels, practically caring for union members and workers. Workers' Month and Tet Sum vay programs are organized at all upper-level trade unions directly at the grassroots level; propaganda and dissemination of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State continue to be promoted.
One of the outstanding highlights is the housing support program for union members. From 2025 to now, the Provincial Labor Federation has supported the construction and repair of "Khanh Hoa Trade Union Shelter" houses with a total budget of more than 3 billion VND.
Caring activities are even more clearly shown in the period when natural disasters at the end of 2025 caused damage to many businesses and workers in the area. Faced with that situation, the Provincial Labor Federation promptly mobilized many resources from the trade union system, socialized sources and support from localities to care for affected union members and workers.
Nearly 10 billion VND and 15 tons of goods have been mobilized; more than 7,350 gifts have been directly given to workers in difficult circumstances, helping them soon stabilize their lives and feel secure at work.
Not only supporting in difficult times, welfare programs continue to be maintained and expanded. On the occasion of the 2026 Lunar New Year, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation organized the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" and the Trade Union Tet Market in many areas, supporting more than 92,000 turns of union members and workers with a total budget of nearly 61 billion VND.
In addition to care activities, organizational development continues to be focused on. In 2025, trade union levels admitted nearly 9,500 new union members, and established 87 grassroots trade unions. By May 2026, the whole province will continue to establish 15 more grassroots trade unions and develop 1,000 new union members.
Training and capacity building for trade union officials are also being concerned. Many skills and professional training classes are organized; inspection and supervision activities of the implementation of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and financial work are being implemented according to plan.

According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, in the new period, the Trade Union organization identifies comprehensive innovation as a key task to improve operational efficiency and meet practical requirements.
In particular, digital transformation is identified as the key task of the 2025-2030 term. The set target is that 100% of full-time trade union officials proficiently use digital platforms and apply artificial intelligence to serve their work.
In parallel with that, the Provincial Trade Union aims to build a synchronous union member database, analyze salary and welfare data and gradually digitize legal advice activities for union members.
Along with enhancing the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the rights of workers, new orientations are expected to help the Khanh Hoa Trade Union organization continue to promote its role as a reliable support for union members and workers in the new development context.
