Khanh Hoa officials train Ninh Thuan officials
From May 21 to 26, representatives of the Department of Science and Technology of Khanh Hoa province and the Office of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province were reinforced to Ninh Thuan, training cadres, civil servants and public employees of this province on the use of the E- Office System associated with KPI; Information system for handling administrative procedures, using ChatGPT.
Mr. Nguyen Long Bien - Vice Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee assessed that this training session is very important, helping leaders, cadres, civil servants, and public employees access, familiarise, and operate features to effectively exploit and use the E- Office System associated with KPI; information system for handling administrative procedures, using ChatGPT and virtual assistant right after the official implementation from July 1, 2025 - the time frame for synchronous operation at the commune and provincial levels.
Mr. Dao Xuan Ky - Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Ninh Thuan province - said that during the training process, Ninh Thuan province will instruct cadres, civil servants, and public employees on basic knowledge and skills that can be used to effectively exploit the E- Office System associated with KPI; new administrative procedure information system, using ChatGPT and virtual assistant.
The goal is to ensure that 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees exploit the E- Office System linked to KPI; new administrative procedure settlement information system, using ChatGPT and the virtual assistant for work support.
Cadres study seriously
Mr. Nguyen Van Sy - Director of the Digital Transformation Center under the Department of Science and Technology of Ninh Thuan province - said that it is expected that there will be 9 training classes with a quantity of 150 to 350 people/class. According to Mr. Sy, in the first phase, officers will get acquainted with and master the operations of the new systems. The purpose is to make sure that when put into official operation, Ninh Thuan cadres can use it basically.
It is expected that these systems will be applied on July 1. Therefore, the spirit and learning attitude of Ninh Thuan cadres are very urgent, serious, and active with the goal of having a firm grasp of how to operate new administrative management systems.
Khanh Hoa applies the KPI system to score officials
Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary believes that this system will solve many major problems in implementing specific tasks of Khanh Hoa province. At the same time, it is recommended that agencies and units develop standard hours for work, moving towards developing standard hours for agencies and units in the whole province.
In the coming time, Khanh Hoa province will continue to direct Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the province to more strongly implement the application of KPI, associated with key and breakthrough tasks of each agency and unit.
