On March 19, information from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Employment Service Center said that the unit is coordinating with the Provincial Youth Union to prepare to organize a job fair at the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Culture House on the morning of March 21.
The event attracted 25 businesses to participate in consulting and recruiting with a total demand of more than 6,400 workers. Of which, more than 4,400 domestic job positions and over 2,000 targets to work abroad under contract.

In which, Vincons Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company has a need to recruit up to 2,000 workers to work at social housing projects in Cam Ranh, Can Gio (Ho Chi Minh City) and Hau Nghia (Long An).
Labor demand is concentrated in the positions of formwork, steel reinforcement and construction workers, each position with about 500 workers with income ranging from 14 to 33 million VND/month. According to statistics, the salary level for domestic job positions in this recruitment phase ranges from 5 to over 30 million VND/month.
In addition to income, workers also fully enjoy regimes according to the provisions of law along with many benefits such as meal allowances, shuttle buses, and accommodation.
For the foreign labor market, businesses recruit workers to countries and territories such as Korea, Japan, Taiwan (China), Russia, Romania, Algeria... with incomes from 20 to 40 million VND/month.
Forecasts from the Khanh Hoa Provincial Employment Service Center in the first quarter of 2026 show that the recruitment demand of businesses increased by 5-10%. In which, the processing and manufacturing industry continues to lead with 32.68% of total demand.
Notably, the demand for human resources in the field of education - training and specialized science - technology activities tends to increase.
Regarding qualifications, recruitment demand mainly focuses on unskilled labor (57.19%), followed by intermediate level (18.67%) and elementary level (0.26%), showing that job opportunities are still wide open for many workers.
