The participants are workers, students in the ward and other neighboring wards of Hanoi who need to find a job or change jobs, including those of working age, who are able to work but have no job, who need to find a job or those who want to change jobs to suit themselves, with higher salaries.
The trading session paid special attention to and gave priority to households in difficult circumstances, those who have just escaped poverty, demobilized soldiers, relatives of policy families, people with disabilities; workers participating in trading with a main source of income from sidewalks, individual business households; workers who are civil servants, public employees, contract workers, non-professional workers of working age who quit their jobs due to the arrangement of the State apparatus and need to find a job...
In addition, the session also had participants who are students from universities, colleges, and vocational schools in the area preparing for graduation who want to learn about the labor market to gain experience and practical knowledge for themselves, and have the opportunity to find a job after graduation.
The Hanoi Employment Service Center said that the session will have consulting activities on interview skills, job search, and job application preparation skills.
In addition, the Hanoi Employment Service Center will provide an overview of the labor supply market in the area and in Hanoi; consulting, introducing jobs, changing jobs, vocational training and exporting labor to workers, students, young people, demobilized soldiers, those who have completed their prison sentences, those who have returned to their localities after drug rehabilitation... and other organizations and individuals in need.
Enterprises and vocational training institutions participating in the session will provide information, introduce positions, recruitment needs and organize direct recruitment and enrollment interviews for workers.
