On the morning of December 24, the delegation of the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation (HCMC) and many union members and workers came to offer incense and flowers at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument Park, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Ho Chi Minh Branch and Ton Duc Thang Museum.

Next, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the City Labor Culture Palace. The project has a total investment of nearly 85 billion VND from the budget of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Ho Chi Minh City Confederation of Labor's Investment Fund focusing on two main items: building a new modern 3-storey multi-purpose building with a floor area of 4,642 m2, with a capacity of more than 800 people and upgrading the entire technical infrastructure and road landscape.
The Ho Chi Minh City Labor Culture Palace with a campus of over 30,000m2, is a center for cultural, spiritual and sports activities of employees and people of the city, is a place to organize mass art activities, foster skills and connect the community, but many items need to be upgraded to better meet the needs of cultural activities, physical exercise and organize large-scale political and social events.

The project investment is still very meaningful, demonstrating the comprehensive care of the trade union organization. This will be a space to nurture artistic values, a place to connect and regenerate labor for the team of employees, contributing to the comprehensive development of Ho Chi Minh City's people.
These are practical activities to welcome the 1st Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union Congress, term 2025 - 2030, towards the 14th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
