For 6-storey, 7-storey houses without basements, the minimum rental price is 22.4 thousand VND/m2/month and the maximum is 68.4 thousand VND/m2/month; For 6-storey, 7-storey houses with 1 basement, the minimum rental price is 23.9 thousand VND/m2/month and the maximum is 73.2 thousand VND/m2/month.
