After two years of implementation, the movement has received the attention and direction of the Party Committee, the coordination of the government and the strong response of union members, workers and civil servants.

During the implementation process, trade unions at all levels have organized many propaganda activities, developing standards of conduct at the office, associated with major campaigns such as: "Cadres, civil servants, and public employees say no to negativity"; the "Green - Clean - Beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene" movement...
By the end of 2024, Kon Tum province had 618 agencies, units and enterprises meeting cultural standards.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Ro Cham Long - Chairman of the Kon Tum Provincial Labor Federation praised the efforts of trade unions at all levels in implementing the movement "Building standard-cultural agencies, units and enterprises".
Mr. Ro Cham Long suggested that trade unions at all levels should strongly and widely launch the emulation movement to build cultural agencies, units, enterprises, cultural families to all cadres, union members, workers and civil servants in the area.
Everyone needs to actively participate in building a civilized lifestyle, improving the quality and order of agency activities. Internal organizations need to unite and help each other to progress and develop.
During the implementation process, it is necessary to promote the role and responsibility of leaders at all levels in ensuring the efficiency and quality of task implementation at the grassroots level.
