To meet the new situation, the two sides will coordinate in transferring and receiving union members and grassroots trade unions between the two units through coordination in reviewing and creating conditions for union members and grassroots trade union organizations located in the area to transfer activities according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union. When there is a Decision to transfer union members and grassroots unions of the Hanoi City Labor Federation, the two units will closely coordinate in organizing the handover and receipt ceremony in accordance with regulations.

It can be seen that the Coordination Regulation between the Long Bien District Labor Federation and the Gia Lam District Labor Federation has coordinated the organization and implementation of specific activities, activities that come from the needs of union members, workers and especially Trade Union activities to meet the requirements of the new situation.
