Therefore, the Long Bien District Labor Federation organized training, propaganda and held seminars to build procedures, improve the quality of negotiation and signing of Collective Labor Agreements for enterprises. Up to now, 235/247 enterprises have Collective Labor Agreements (reaching 95.14%), in 2024, in Long Bien district, there were 166 Collective Labor Agreements signed, of which 97 were re-signed and 69 were newly signed.
Basically, the collective labor agreements are more beneficial, achieving many provisions higher than the law's regulations for employees, suitable to the capabilities and conditions of the enterprise, focusing on issues such as salary, welfare regime, shift meals, working time, rest, sick visits, sudden hardship allowances... The scoring result of the collective labor agreements achieving type A, B is 69.78%, of which type A has 107 copies, type B has 57 copies, type C has 55 copies, type D has 16 copies.
In particular, at 2 companies that do not have a Trade Union, the District Labor Federation represented the employees to collect opinions from the collective of employees, synthesize opinions and participate in writing on the Labor Regulations according to regulations, establish a collective bargaining team to negotiate with employers at the companies on terms that are more favorable to employees and represent employees to organize the signing of Collective Labor Agreements with employers at the unit. The result was that 100% of the Collective Labor Agreements were more favorable than the provisions of the Labor Law.
This activity has created and enhanced the prestige of the Trade Union organization with workers in the enterprise and in the locality. More importantly, the rights of workers are guaranteed and enhanced.
