Ha Tinh - In the first 6 months of the year, the Ha Tinh Labor Federation established 8 grassroots unions, developing 1,315 more union members.

According to the report of the first 6 months of 2025 of the Ha Tinh Provincial Federation of Labor, as of May 31, 2025, the whole province has newly established 8/40 grassroots unions, reaching 20% of the annual plan; developed 1,315/5,000 union members, reaching 26% of the annual plan. Trade unions at all levels have introduced 429 outstanding union members to participate in the Party awareness training course, of which 278 union members were admitted, reaching 40.8% of the annual plan.

Regarding the organizational structure, the Ha Tinh Labor Federation has reduced the unit from 6 departments to 4 departments; merged the Loc Ha District Labor Federation into the Thach Ha District Labor Federation; terminated the activities of 6 industry unions and equivalent. At the same time, establish the Trade Union of Provincial Party Agencies and the Trade Union of the Provincial Government Bloc.

The Provincial Federation of Labor has advised the Provincial Party Committee on the work of full-time union cadres at the district level after the end of the district-level administrative unit; develop a plan to merge, dissolve and transfer full-time union cadres at district, town, city-level unions, Party groups, Economic Zone unions and grassroots unions under the group of autonomous public service units of group 4, to submit to the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for implementation.

In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor has organized working sessions with a number of trade unions at the grassroots level and affiliated units to grasp the situation, direct solutions to remove difficulties, and focus on the coming time.
