On July 15, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor said that in recent times, trade unions at all levels in the province have focused on consolidating, perfecting and improving the quality of the Women's Union, especially in non-state enterprises.

Activities are implemented in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution 6b/NQ-BCH, Directive 03/CT-TLD and emulation movements among female workers and civil servants such as: "Good at public work, good at housework", "Women actively study, work, be creative, build happy families", "Building a 5-no, 3-clean family".

Along with that, the Provincial Federation of Labor continues to implement solutions to promote gender equality, foster, plan and introduce female cadres to leadership and management positions in the trade union system.

The coordination in inspecting and supervising the implementation of labor policies at enterprises with a large number of female employees has also received attention, promptly praising the unit for doing well, and recommending handling of the violation.
